Services Provided

PL Pembroke Pines Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and related construction services in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by PL Pembroke Pines Concrete. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change after this period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written contract or quote. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract. Work may be suspended if payment terms are not met.

Project Timeline

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must notify us immediately of any concerns or changes to the project scope during the work process.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in your written contract and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period after completion.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, soil movement, or issues beyond our control. Normal concrete characteristics such as minor surface cracks due to curing and settling are not considered defects.

Liability and Insurance

PL Pembroke Pines Concrete maintains general liability insurance for the protection of our clients and our business. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable solution. Any unresolved disputes will be handled according to Florida state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
